I found 50-part dilapidated insect collection. Insects were numbered but th collection was without the legend. I "conserved" the insects by painting on them with oil paint and documented the process.
The installation consists of the video documentation and the painted collection.
Completely updated version from this piece was made for Porvoo Triennale 2021 with single channel 30 min video and one vitrine with polyurethane resin coated "tree".
